Orders

What can you source?

Anything your business needs, as long as it can legally be imported into the UAE. If you do not see it on this site, ask anyway: a photo, a link or a description is enough to start, and you will have a quote within 48 working hours.

Is there a minimum order?

Each factory sets its own minimum, and your quote will tell you what it is. We ship smaller orders in shared containers, so you never need to fill a container yourself. Send the quantity you want and we will tell you what the factory accepts.

Quality

Can I see the factory?

Yes. We send photos and video from the factory floor before you commit, and we can arrange a visit if you would like to see it in person.

What if the goods are wrong?

You get the inspection report before you pay the balance. If an order fails inspection, it does not ship until the factory puts it right.

Shipping

How long does it take?

A quote within 48 working hours. Goods a factory has in stock ship in two to four weeks; custom or printed goods take four to eight weeks to make. Sea freight then adds several weeks, depending on where the goods come from, and air freight is faster. Every quote comes with a delivery date.

Where are you based?

In Sharjah. UAE Sourcing is a project of Noor Al Sharq Global Trading FZE LLC, licensed in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, licence 4432508.01. Sea freight comes in through Khor Fakkan on Sharjah’s east coast, and we deliver to all seven emirates.

Payment

How do you charge?

One landed price per unit, in AED. It covers the goods, the inspection, sea or air freight, insurance, customs duty and delivery in the UAE. Our margin is inside that price. There is no separate agency fee.

What about customs and VAT?

We clear the goods on arrival and deliver them, or hand them to your own clearing agent if you prefer. Your quote is in AED, with customs duty shown as its own line inside the landed price, and VAT shown separately wherever it applies.
